With United Country since 2006, Suzanne was the #3 agent in the country her first year as sales agent with United Country. She has remained in the top 1% of nearly 4500 sales agents nationwide for the last three years. Suzanne was raised in rural North Central Missouri and has made this area her home for the past 20 years. Her longevity in North Central Missouri, has allowed her to become very knowledgeable of the area and the rural property available. In 2007 she became co-owner and Managing Broker for the Milan branch of United Country Missouri Land & Home. Her continued growth and success in the area prompted her to purchase the entire ownership in the Milan office. In April 2010 the office became United Country Missouri Land Company. Her goal is to continue offering the same service and unprecedented marketing to sellers and buyers. Suzanne and her husband Rich and daughter Lauren live in Brookfield, MO. She enjoys watching her daughter perform competitive dance and spending time with family and friends. Her goal is to earn her customer’s trust and respect.
